New Delhi: Congress MP Shashi Tharoor, who is leading a diplomatic delegation in the United States, carried out a scary attack in a diplomatic outreach to highlight India’s firm stand against terrorism and called the country’s long -standing policy to harass terrorism.Targeting a parallel delegation of Pakistan under the leadership of former Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto, Tharoor invited Hillary Clinton’s famous rebuke: “How can you breed the wipers in your backyard and only expect them to cut your neighbors?”In view of the diplomatic face-off operation vermilion in Washington, Pahalgam comes after the terrorist attack.
