‘Buried gangster who killed my husband’: SP MLA thanks CM Yogi Adityanath; Praise of action against crimes in up Bharat News

New Delhi: Samajwadi Party MLA Pooja Pal on Thursday thanked Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Adityanath for bringing his justice, saying that he “buried” gangster Atik Ahmed, who was behind the murder of her husband, Raju Pal.She said that CM Yogi’s “zero-to-diary policy” against crime gave justice in the 2005 murder of her husband, who was a BSP MLA.“Everyone knows who murdered my husband (Raju Pal). I want to thank the Chief Minister for justice and did not listen to me,” he said on the Vision Document 2047 during the 24 -hour marathon debate. “CM brought justice to many other women like me in prayer by bringing policies like zero tolerance, due to which criminals like Atik Ahmed were killed. Today, the entire state sees CM with the trust.”He said, “My Pati Katere Atik Ahmed main“(The Chief Minister has buried my husband’s killer Atik Ahmed).Pooja Pal said that she raised her voice when no one was ready for criminals like Atik Ahmed. “When I started getting tired of this fight, CM Yogi Adityanath gave me justice,” he told the house.A few days after their marriage, Raju Pal was shot dead in 2005. The main accused of gangster-royal Atik Ahmed faced trial for years without the final decision. In February 2023, Umesh Pal, a prominent witness in the case, was killed in a day -long attack in Sulem Saray area of Shradragraj. Several rounds were fired and raw bombs were hurt Umesh and his gunars.The murders pressurized the state’s rift against organized crime. Atik Ahmed and his brother Ashraf were later arrested. On April 15, 2023, the two were shot dead by the attackers while presenting as journalists, while a medical check-up was attended in Preagraj.
