Canada Cafe-Malik father, accused of killing his daughter, tells the judge that he cannot indicate a lawyer, custody details.
New York State Police has not found any purpose behind 45 -year -old Canadian father Luciano Fratolin, his 9 -year -old daughter Melina Fratolin died on the last day of her US holiday, but accused her of killing a second degree and then body disposal. The father told the judge that he could not afford the expenses of a lawyer for himself. A guilty petition was not admitted on his behalf as a public defender of County.
