‘Caste Training’ since childhood: viral video claims

Amid the growing hatred against Indians in the US, a video went viral, claiming that an Indian man harassed a black man and asked him to watch his ID in a neighborhood of Texas. The identity of the men seen in the video was not established and it is not known when it happened. Many users of Tiktok and X shared the video calling such racism. In the video, apparently made by a black man, another person can be seen coming out of his house and asking for his ID. In return, the ‘Black’ man asked for the first person’s ID. The two men agree to show each other their ID and also threaten each other to call the police. The ‘black’ man said that it was his neighborhood and he was getting upset in his area. “I know this is not your home,” the first person told the other person that the other person said that it was not really his house, but he was from the same neighborhood.

“This is a protected neighborhood and you can’t be here,” the first person said.Although nothing is known about this incident or its truth, social media users concluded that the first person was an Indian and the second person was a black person – from their accents.
