RCB, to face action for Karnataka Cricket Body Stamped. Bharat News

Bengaluru: The Siddaramaiah cabinet on Thursday decided to initiate legal action based on retired HC Judge John Michael D’Pha’s report, which was out of the Chitnahimimi Stampette of Bengaluru for IPL franchise RCB, Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) and Event Management firm DNA Entertainment Network.Law and Parliamentary Affairs Minister HK Patil said after the cabinet meeting, “Action against government officials depends on the result of departmental inquiry.”DNA Entertainment immediately filed a petition at Karnataka HC, in which the inquiry commission report was released on the basis of alleged procedural laps and bias.CM Siddaramaiah suspended former-Bangalore police chief B Dayanand and four other senior police on mobilization charges, while the allegations were discontinued that his government was revived to clean a win parade before the final on June 3 to clean a win parade for IPL champion RCB. There have been suspensions since the Central Administrative Tribunal.The DNA petition alleged that the report was presented in “unfair hasty”, ignoring the “important documentation”, demonstrated the firm’s efforts to manage the incident inside the stadium. It argues that an event management company cannot be held responsible for the mismanagement of the crowd outside the venue, which is under the jurisdiction of the government.The firm has interrogated together in alleged violations of Article 20 (2) of the Constitution, which restrictions several proceedings for the same offense.HC had taken cognizance of the stampede deaths and sought a report from the state government, after which the Inquiry Commission was announced. A parallel CID investigation and a magisterial investigation under the leadership of Deputy Commissioner (Bangalore Urban) is underway.The D’Unha Commission nominated KSCA Chairman Raghuram Bhat, former Secretary A Shankar, East-Business President ES Jairam, RCB Vice President Rajesh Menon, DNA Managing Director T Venkatavardhan and Vice Chairman Sunil Mathur as others.
