Cocaine priced at Rs 6 crore from chemical factory, 3 conducted. Bharat News

Kolhapur: Police raided a private chemical factory in Tasawade on 21 May in Satara district of Maharashtra and seized 1.3 kg of cocaine, which cost more than Rs 6 crore. Five people, including the company’s owner and cocaine supplier, were booked, and three of them were arrested on Friday.Satara SP Tushar Doshi said that the supplier was in the custody of the Telangana police, there were attempts to locate another suspect.“Police came to know that drugs were being stored and constructed in Tasawad Midak in the facility of Suryaprabha Pharmacam. When the police raided its premises, 1,270 grams of cocaine worth Rs 6.4 crore was confiscated.”Three employees of the company were identified as Sameer Padwal, Ramesh Patil and Jeevan Chavan.
