Although his official migration ended on February 2, 2023, he remained in the country after filing a claim with US citizenship and immigration services on 9 September 2022. He received the Working Authority on March 29, 2023, which was valid until March 2024.White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller said on X: “A terrorist attack was carried out by an illegal foreigner in Boulder, Colorado. He was awarded a tourist visa by the Biden administration and then he illegally oversted the visa. In response, the Biden administration should give him a work permit.Eyewitnesses said Soliman shouted “Free Palestine” during the incident near the county courthouse on Pearl Street. The authorities responded to the reports of an armed individual setting people.The FBI said that six persons, who were between 67 and 88, need to be hospitalized, in which a person is in critical condition.
