Congress AICC Session: Outrage or Asha – What is next for the revival of the party? , Bharat News

New Delhi: Congress found itself at an acquaintance intersection during a two -day long discussion in Ahmedabad – fighting fire with fire, or proceeding with positivity to revive itself.
Party Bigwigs – led by Mallikrajun Kharge and Rahul Gandhi – continued their direct attack on BJP and RSS. The leaders called the Waqf law a shock for religious freedom and constitution. Ringing an alarm, the Congress warned that after targeting Muslims, the RSS would come for Christians, Sikhs and other minorities. Other repeated repeated allegations against the BJP included alleged electoral fraud, the party’s ‘partition’ ideology and “threat to the Constitution”.
In its resolve, the Congress attracted a sharp line among nationalism and its views of the BJP-RSS, saying that its nationalism units people, while the BJP’s “pseudo-nationalism” is given fuel from hatred and prejudice.

The party accused the BJP of being “Mciavelian search for exploiting power”, which was inspired by the principle but by political greed.
Refruiting its commitment to secularism, the Congress said that its vision is contrary to the age-old inclusive traditions-the BJP, which he accused of trying to fracture the nation’s soul for short-term political gains and “lust for power”.
However, Shashi Tharoor decided to outline an alternative vision for the party – one who is hopeful and not resentment.

Tharur said, “We should have a future party, not only the past. A party with a positive vision, not only negativity. A party that provides solutions, not only slogans.” AICC Session,
From the land of Gandhi and Patel, Tharoor said that the message was clear: “The Congress is back to the fight, to take the challenges of tomorrow and build a better, inclusive India for all.”
He said, “We need to maintain and restore the votes won earlier, but we have failed to win in the last three elections and this is where this resolution carries us forward. It is a resolution in which we express creative criticism and not only incredible negativity,” he said.
Alternative suggestion of Tharoor for the party comes at a time when he made headlines for praising the BJP-led Modi government for India’s stand in the Russian-Ukraine war and PM Modi’s vaccine diplomacy during Kovid’s outbreak.
As the Congress carried forward its uncertain road and tried to revive itself after losing the back-to-back elections, Tharur’s suggestion offers an interesting and great option. Should the party continue its fight for a conflict or axis for the message of hope and inclusion. The two-day AICC session may not have solved this strategic dilemma, but it has certainly raised the most important question for the party: should the Congress be defined by opposition from the BJP-RSS, or to try to lead India’s political story with a bold, positive vision for the future?
