Parties are a means to improve the nation.” He faced criticism from within the party to support the armed forces and the central government on recent national security issues.Tharoor said, “But I will stand on my land because I believe it is the right thing for the country,” When leaders like him advocate cross-party cooperation in the interest of national security, their own parties often see it as chaos, something that they have described as a “big problem”.Also Read: ‘Bizing the Gap’: Shashi Tharoor welcomed us to take us to TRF; Slam Pakistan’s safe shelter policyThis is not the first time Muralidharan has publicly criticized Tharoor.
