CRPF jawan organized for espionage: NIA kept the classified information leaked at 15 places in Pakistan. Bharat News

New Delhi: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Saturday discovered 15 places spread in 8 states, which in a case related to alleged sharing of information classified by a CRPF personnel with Pakistani intelligence officials (PIOs).Jawan, Moti Ram Jat was recently dismissed from service and is currently in NIA custody.NIA teams on Saturday discovered the premises of suspects associated with PIOs in Delhi, Maharashtra (Mumbai), Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Assam and West Bengal.The NIA stated that its teams have seized several electronic gadgets and sensitive financial documents, as well as with other difficult materials. He is being investigated extensively for the clues of the detective racket being run as part of the Pakistan-based anger as part of an anti-India conspiracy.According to the NIA investigation, today’s discoveries had a connection with the Pakistani operators of the targeted suspects and worked as a financial condenser to complete espionage activities in India.The NIA had registered a relevant case on May 20, 2025, after the arrest of Moti Ram, who passed on sensitive information to Pakistan’s PIOS from 2023.The anti-terrorism agency continues with its investigation in the case, which is registered under Section 61 (2) of BNS 2023, 147, 148, 148, Section 3 and 5 and UA (P) Act 1967 of the official Secrets Act 1923.
