On the other hand, Russia was accused of attempting to damage Biden’s candidature, partly by spreading disintegration on social media and Russian TV. Iran was also asked to engage in efforts to create confusion and weaken democratic institutions. Asked about the intervention report during a press conference, President Trump said that his administration would “very closely” to check the claims.
