New Delhi: The Delhi High Court has canceled the transfer of a special judge to deal with the conspiracy case of 2020 Delhi riots, amidst the apprehension that arguments can be heard in an important state, Afresh may hear, Abhinav Garg and Vineet Upadhyay report.The court on Wednesday passed a new order, in which Additional Sessions Judge Sameer Bajpai asked to return to the special court specified to hear the “big conspiracy” case in Shahdara. In May, HC reshuffled 130-odd judges including Bajpai. He has been hearing the allegations in the case since the last year; With their return, the case can resume from where he left.
