Justice Sachin Dutta also stated that “ground handling services at airports provide deep access to airside operations, aircraft, cargo, passenger information systems and security sectors. Such unbridled access to important installations and infrastructure increases the need for strict safety witting for operators and their foreign affiliation. This is especially seen in the wake of contemporary challenges faced by the country in the security domain, and in recent times witnesses have been seen with geopolitical factors to play witnesses. “While the firm argued that it was not heard and the step was arbitrary, HC found “involving hypnotic national security ideas” after the material equipped by the government in a seal cover for the court.“Although it would not be appropriate for this court to make a word reference to the relevant information/input, it is enough to say that the need to end the possibility of espionage and/or logistics capabilities, which will be highly harmful to the security of the country, especially in the event of an external conflict,” HC noted.Celebi Airport Services India Private Limited and Celibi Delhi Cargo Terminal Management India Private Limited oversee ground handling and cargo terminal function at various airports in the country. HC dismissed the dispute of the petitioners over the refusal of the principles of natural justice. The court said in its 94-Page judgment, “There is no doubt, the principles of natural justice are sacred; however, it is a hypnotic constitutional truth that the security of the realm is a precondition for the pleasure of all other rights.” It said that the authorities are appropriate to take quick and definite action to fully reduce the possibility of the country’s civil aviation and national security. HC stated that it was also “intensifically conscious” that the state should not be allowed to implement national security, as as a Russia to deny procedural fixed process. He said, “For the purpose of cancellation of any security approval based on the input received from the law enforcement/intelligence agency, any action taken by the Director General of the Bureau of Civil Aviation cannot be considered an inconsistent Act with Rule 2023 of the aircraft, in contrast what has been done by the petitioners.
