Dharmasthala: The remains of a partial skeleton, suspected of being a man, was found on the third day of the ejaculation by the Special Investigation Team (SIT), investigating the alleged collective burial near the city of Dharmasthala in Karnataka.Out of the 13 alleged burial sites identified by the complainant, the remains were found to be about 4 feet deep in the sixth place. Officials said that the discovery was discovered in a forest area near the Netravati River, the remains included 15 bones – some broken – but no skulls, the officials said. A forensic doctor on the site said that bones were from a male person, although a final confirmation would come only after a full forensic examination.“Forensic doctors and officials at the scene seized the body parts keeping in mind the details at the scene,” an official said. Five sites were provoked on Tuesday and Wednesday, but no human remains were found. A former sanitation worker, the complainant, claimed that he was forced to bury more than 100 bodies in Dharmasthala between 1995 and 2014 – most women and minors. He used to sit at 13 suspects buried places. A seat official said, “The deceased was an alcoholic,” an official said he could lose the card during the Dharmasthala Yatra. The investigation gained momentum on Thursday with nine more senior officials.
