Bombay high court The late celebrity manager Disha is ready to hear a petition filed by Salian’s father, Satish Salian. The case has once again lightened controversies for his alleged relations for the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput, in which new allegations and counter -protests are coming to light. Salians are allegedly asking for a new investigation into their daughter’s death, claiming that she was “murdered” and demanding that the major persons be questioned.

Allegations and major charges
According to IANS, Satish Salian filed a legal petition, in which for a new investigation into his daughter’s death and for some persons, in which politicians were questioned. In the petition, he claimed that Disha was “rape and murdered”. These claims denied their statements made 5 years ago when he insisted that his daughter was “not raped or murdered” and the allegations were coined by the media.

When asked about this change in his statement, Salian’s lawyer, Nilesh Ojha said, “The distraught father was manipulated by some political leaders and police who wanted to mold the son of a prominent politician.”
On 25 March, Ojha filed a fresh cedar in the case. Ojha said that a written complaint was presented to the Police Commissioner. The FIR includes Aditya Thackeray, Dino Moriya and Suraj Pancholi. He said, “Aaditya Thackeray, Dino Morea, Suraj Pancholi and his bodyguards, Parambir Singh, Sachin Vaze and Rhea Chakraborty are all accused in the FIR.”

Parambir Singh accused as a mastermind
Ojha also claimed that Parambir Singh was the main mastermind behind the alleged cover-up. He claimed, “Parambir Singh held a press conference and lying to save Aditya Thackeray said. NCB investigation proves that Aditya Thackeray was involved in a drug business and it is also mentioned in the FIR.”
Ojha further alleged that some senior police officers were part of the conspiracy and accused them of misusing police and government resources, proving the records wrong, suppressing witnesses and trying to hide the evidence. “It is my honest request that all these acts should immediately be prosecuted under sections 376 (D), 302, 409, 120 (B), 107, 109, 166, 167 and other applicable sections of IPC and strict action will be taken against the accused.”
CBI conclusions
The Central Investigation Bureau of Investigation (CBI) earlier ruled the death of Disha Salian as an ‘suicide’, stating that ‘no dishonesty’. The agency also found no connection between his death and actor Sushant Singh Rajput, who died a few days later.
According to the CBI report, the direction quoted by Mid-Day was under extreme stress due to issues related to work and accepted his struggles in his fiancée, Rohan Roy. The report also claimed that she was deeply distressed after knowing that her father’s alleged relationship, inspired her to misuse her earnings on a female employee from her spice business in Thane. The report said, “All the friends of Salian and her fiancée, Roy also said in their police statements that she had accepted her father’s affair and how she spent her money given for business on another woman.”
Satish’s latest petition, which challenged the findings of the CBI report, comes months after the agency filed a closure report.
