But what I want to say is that all of us, the entire opposition, have come together and said that we are standing with our army – our army that is fighting – we are with them,” Kharge said.“We first say the nation, but some consider Modi first, the country later. What can we do about it?” He asked.Earlier, Shashi Tharoor clarified that praising Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s diplomatic role during Operation Sindoor, his article should not be deemed wrong as an indication that he intends to join BJP.Tahrur said in an incident when questioned about the article, “This is not a sign of the Prime Minister’s party (BJP) to jump, as some people have unfortunately suggested.”He said that his views stems with a sense of national unity and interest. Tharoor replied to speculation, saying, “People explain everything through the current headlines lens.”He said, “The article highlights the success of a diplomatic outreach mission that demonstrated cross-party unity on the issue of important national interest.”Tharoor also stated that Modi’s global outreach has been widespread: “The Prime Minister has visited more countries than any of his predecessors to take India’s message to the world.”Following Pahalgam terrorist attacks and military reactions, Tharoor led a multi-party delegation to the United States and four other countries, which introduces India’s approach to the international community.
