Chak Grassley, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, on Monday released new disorganized documents related to the FBI investigation of the use of a private email server of Hillary Clinton during his time as state secretary. According to Grassley, the material suggests that the FBI failed to conduct a thorough investigation from the conduct of classified information of Clinton.Grassley said in a press release, “The document reflects the effort and proper labor in the FBI investigation about the email use of former FBI Secretary Clinton and high classified information.”He said, “Under the leadership of Comi, the FBI failed to do original investigative work and left important pieces of evidence on the floor of the cutting room,” he said.Grassley explored and criticized the FBI’s handling of the Clinton case and an aggressive investigation into the alleged Trump-Russia relations. “Comi is contrary to the FBI’s careless approach and perhaps the intentional lack of attempt in Clinton Investigation is contrary to its full-threading examination of Trump-Russia’s connivance, which was uncontrolled and now based on the infamous steel dosier.Clinton faced an FBI probe on the use of a private server to store classified email during his tenure from 2009 to 2013 in the Obama administration. In 2016, a few months before the presidential election, the then-FBI Director James Comi announced that the bureau would not recommend prosecution. “Although there is a proof of the possible violation of laws about dealing with classified information, our decision is that no proper prosecutor will bring such a case,” Comi also said. “Prosecutors weigh many factors before bringing allegations. There are clear views, such as the strength of the evidence, especially intentions. The responsible decisions also consider the context of a person’s functions, and how the same conditions have been handled in the past. ,Grassley’s newly released documents are known as “Clinton Annex”, known as Justice Inspector General’s Clinton Email Investigation of 2018 as an Appendix for the Department of Clinton Email Investigation. According to Fox News, the material was disintegrated at the request of Grassley by Attorney General Palm Bandy and other Trump administration officials.Documents allegedly suggest that Comi and other FBI leaders captured the major thumb drives, but failed to fully investigate them. According to Grassley’s office, the drive included materially classified material from several federal agencies- including correspondence involving the State Department, Congress Communications, and even former President Barack Obama.Additional intelligence quoted in the release of Grassley suggests possible intervention in the investigation by the Obama administration. The FBI also found information indicating communication between Debbie Vasman Shults, allegedly represented by the then-represented Debb Vasman Shults-by July 2016 chaired the Democratic National Committee-and members of the Soros-installed Open Society Foundation. However, Grassley claims that the bureau “did not make serious investigatives” to follow such a lead.“I warned years ago that Clinton’s investigation failed to hit the mark, and I am thankful that American people may finally see the facts for themselves,” Grassley said. “After nearly a decade in Chhaya, this information is now coming for thanks for fulfilling my Congress request for Attorney General Palm Bandy and FBI Director Kash Patel’s dedicated efforts.”He said, “I appreciate his ongoing commitment for transparency and strongly urge him to fully review the matter, including its national security effects,” he said. The development National Intelligence Director Tulsi Gabard said a few days after the documents came into the limelight, saying that she says that Obama-eagle officials revealed extensive efforts to politicize intelligence on Russian intervention in the 2016 election.According to Gabbard, documents suggest that the “heavy evidence” supports the claim that the Obama administration helped start an investigation into the Trump-Russia after Clinton’s defeat. “His goal was to remove the wishes of President Trump and American people,” Gabbard posted on X. “It does not matter that every person involved in this conspiracy should be investigated and the law should be sued to the entire extent. The integrity of our democratic republic depends on this. We are all converting documents into doj for criminal referrals. ,Fox News confirmed that the Department of Justice had received the referral, but DOJ refused to comment further.
