The CNN report, based on the classified evaluation classified by the Pentagon’s defense intelligence agency, claimed that the strike temporarily set back the Iran’s nuclear program. It said that the attacks failed to completely eliminate centrifuge or rich uranium stockpiles, allegedly sealed with some features but were not destroyed.White House press secretary Karolin Levit acknowledged the existence of the report, but said it was “flat-out wrong” and “a clear attempt to reduce President Trump”. He said, “Everyone knows that when you leave fourteen 30,000 pounds bomb completely on your goals: total oblivion.”Special envoy Steve Witcoff also criticized the report, called the intelligence leak “traitor” and demanded an inquiry. “Those responsible people should be held accountable … the site was slanting,” he told Fox News.
