FBI Director Kash Patel has been accused of shaking things to the extent that the FBI agents have been forced, demoted, and have been kept on leave without any clarification and Patel employees are forced to take lies-detector tests-to weed the leaks. The New York Times reported that Puring is so widespread that the agency does not have enough experienced agents. The report said that Kash Patel dissolved the Washington Field Office Squad which was investigating Trump’s efforts to reverse the 2020 election. Some other officials dealing with Hunter Biden’s laptop investigation are kept on leave with salary. The NYT reported that an FBI lawyer was removed from an important role in the supervision of human resources and was notified on the medical leave. Others have been excluded from their jobs without any clarification. The report said, “A succession of top agents, all women were given an ultimatum: take a separate post or asked to retire,” the report states. Kash Patel has made some exceptions to fill these roles, taking assistants to the top position in field offices. In one case, Patel brought back a retired senior agent.
