Filmmaker Manish Gupta allegedly booked the driver to stab the wage dispute; His lawyer says that all the allegations are false, while the investigation is going on.

Filmmaker Manish Gupta, who is known for her work in films like ‘Section 375, “Rahasya, and’ 420 IPC ‘, has allegedly booked a PTI report, under Section 118 of the Bharti Justice (BNS), her driver has been booked to stab her with a knife.The complaint against him has been filed by the driver at the Versova police station, after which the investigation has been started. Allegedly, the incident occurred earlier this morning, after a dispute over the driver’s salary. The injured driver, Rajibul Lashkar (38), is currently undergoing treatment for their injuries.The Mid-Day report states that the Versova police have confirmed the incident and are currently investigating to know the truth. An official at the Versova police station said, “When he contacted the filmmaker about the case, he falsely and coined all the allegations and said that he was ready to cooperate in the investigation. Police is investigating CCTV footage to verify the facts,” an official of the Versova police station said, as reported by Mid-Day. Allegedly, when efforts were made to reach Manish Gupta, he directed the reporter to talk with his lawyer Dinesh Tiwari, who said that all claims against the filmmaker have no basis and they are just a plan to make money.He said, “The allegation against my customer Mr. Manish Gupta is baseless and wrong, and there is nothing but an attempt to withdraw money from the customer. We are about to initiate criminal proceedings against the complainant Mr. Rabijul, to give false information to a public servant and to register a fake FI.R “Meanwhile, Advocate Ali Kashif Khan Deshmukh, who is representing the driver, allegedly demanded immediate arrest in the case.
