Coco Goff and Mirra Andreeva secured their spots in the French Open Quarter Finals with a hard work win in Paris on Monday. The second seed Goff defeated number 20 Ekaterina Alexandrova 6–0, 7-5, while the sixth place Andriva overcam no. 17 Daria Kasatkina 6-3, 7-5.The 21 -year -old American Goff completed his match in 1 hour and 22 minutes to proceed in his fifth consecutive rolling Garos quarterfinals. She dominated the first set before understanding a strong challenge in the second.At the age of 18, Andreva made history by becoming the youngest player to reach the back-to-back quarter-finals in Rolland Garos since Martina Hingis in 1997–98. He has maintained an impressive form by leaving a set in any set during his tournament run or not accepting more than five games.Goff achieved another milestone, which became the fourth lowest player in the open era to reach five straight quarter -finals at the French Open. She joins an elite group including Martina Hingis, Stephanie Graph and Konchita Martinez.
