J&K attack: Terrorist Massacre 28 Tourist Pahalgam | Bharat News

Srinagar: At least 28 tourists died and several injured on Tuesday when militants set fire to a picturesque grassland near the resort city of Resort city Pahgam in Jammu and Kashmir after the cancellation of Article 370 in 2019.
Resistance Morcha, a proxy of ISI-supported late, claimed responsibility for the attack.
The attack coincided with US vice -president JD Vance’s arrival with PM Narendra Modi to strengthen bilateral engagement with India and PM Narendra Modi’s influential Islamic country in Saudi Arabia. Equally significantly, it followed a Belcose speech of the Pakistan Army, the head of the Pakistan Army, the mainstay of the terrorists.

This was the most deadly attack on tourists since the 1990s started in Kashmir. This brought back memories of the March 2000 massacre at Chittadininghpora in Anantnag district, where 36 members of the Sikh community were killed before US President Bill Clinton’s visit to India.

The targeting of tourists drawn from different parts showed the intentions of the devilish and, perhaps, attempts to create communal unrest across the country. Jihadis have recently avoided attacking tourists who bring valuable funds in the federal region.
The survivors said that the terrorists, it is believed that foreigners have participated in six and dressed in army fat, recognizing their victims confidently to ask their names and recite Islamic verses, before they sprinkle bullets on them.

The victims included a honeymooner like Navy Officer Vinay Narwal. Posted in the Southern Navy Command in Kochi, the officer was married on 16 April. Two foreign nationals – one from Nepal and the other from the UAE – were also killed.
Security forces quickly injured in nearby hospitals and began a search operation to track the attackers. The region was closed.
