‘Future Leaders of Train CCP’: The report accused Harvard of having a decade of relationship with the Chinese Communist Party; Congress demands all records till 7 August

Harvard University is facing a backlash after an investigation by a Congress, which reveals years -long partnership with organizations associated with the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).The revelation expressed concern over foreign influence and national security risks.According to documents received by Washington Free Beacon, the Ivy League Institution allegedly collaborated with CCP-controlled institutions for more than a decade.Foreign bodies included powerful organs responsible for selecting the central organization department, training and top officials of China.A general focus of investigation is a government -run training school with the Chinese Executive Leadership Academy Pudong of Harvard Kennedy School. The whistleblowers have claimed that the Chinese government and party officials were sent to Harvard as part of their official education, indicating bipartisan alarm.“Harvard’s formal partnership with Harvard’s CCP-controlled school creates serious concerns about the impact of CCP in American institutions to train his future leaders,” said Representative John Mulenar. He said, “We are committed to exposing the entire limit of these relationships to ensure transparency and protect national interests,” he said.In addition, representatives Tim Walberg and Elis Stephanik co-integrated a letter accusing the CCP ideology, especially of working with groups formed by “Xi Jinping Thott”.The scam connects the increasing pressure on the university, considering a payment of $ 500 million to allegedly resolve controversies over the alleged campus and its diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) policies with US President Donald Trump and his administration. In April, Free Beacon also reported that Harvard trained members of Shinjiang Production and Construction Corps, who is a paramilitary group approved by the US to join the oppression of Uingur Muslims. The Congress has given Harvard to Harvard till 7 August to turn all records bound by the CCP bodies including financial or physical exchange.

Harvard University and Trump Administration have been on obstacles since the Maga chief took office in January. In April 2025, the administration gathered at $ 2.2-2.6 billion in federal research funding and canceled Harvard’s certification to host international students, which cited alleged failures to deal with antisemental harassment and ideological prejudice. In response, Harvard filed trials claiming federal overache and threatened to educational freedom. Earlier this week, reports were revealed that the White House settled up to $ 500 million, but Harvard President Alan Garber denied any adjacent agreement, which was leaked by false and administration sources. He emphasized that any deal should not compromise the freedom of the university to conduct educational matters independently. The fight has conducted a thorough investigation from faculty, students, alumni and Congress’s Democrats. On Friday, fourteen Democratic MLAs – many of them alumni said that under political pressure, any agreement could indicate a Congress investigation, arguing that there is a dangerous example for institutional autonomy in American higher education to increase the risks of the White House.Meanwhile, faculty groups have continued to gather, demanding red lines on issues such as external monitoring, data-sharing and entry control.
