Hilang Yajik of Arunachal Pradesh achieved a historic milestone in Thimphu, Bhutan in the 15th South Asian Bodybuilding and Physic Sports Championships 2025. She won a gold medal in the female model Kaya (up to 155 cm) category and a silver medal in another category.Yajik’s outstanding performance made her the first female athlete from Arunachal Pradesh to win gold in physic sports in an international tournament.
