Haj 2026: Check the Kurarah result, fee details; You all need to know. Bharat News

With the HAJ 2026 application deadline ending on August 7, applicants can now wait for a lot of draws known as “Kurrah” (Digital Random Selection), to find out if they have been selected for the annual pilgrimage through the Haj Committee of India. The government has not yet disclosed the total applicants. Kurrah is expected to be held on August 13 at 11.30 am at the Committee Room, Haj Committee of India, Haj House, Mumbai. The session is to be livestream online and it will be published on the committee’s website (www.hajcommittee.gov.in). The committee also said that it will publish a list of provisionally selected and waiting applicants on its official website, in which information will also be sent through SMS. All provisionally selected pilgrims will have to pay an advance Haj fee of Rs 1,52,300 by 20 August 2025.Haj 2026 pilgrims will have 17 designated start points for their visit, including Delhi, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, others. In addition to the current 17 embankment points, Vijayawada has recently been added to the list. For the first time, the HAJ Committee’s HAJ Committee is offering a small, 20-day HAJ package for pilgrims, as part of the guidelines issued for Haj 2026.A maximum of 10,000 pilgrims will be selected for the small Haj package, while the rest of the pilgrims will follow the traditional 40–45 days program. If the applications for short -term pilgrimage are more than 10,000 limits, a lottery system will be used to determine the selection.
