Hamas released a video of two Israeli hostages to end the Gaza war

A new video released by Hamas’s armed wing on Saturday features two Israeli hostages, Alkana Bohboats and Yosef Ham Ohana in Gaza. Unannounced footage is the latest in a series of videos released since the fall of a temporary ceasefire in March. The 36-year-old Colombian-Israeli, Bohobot appears weak and injured, lying on a blanket-wrapped floor. He was first seen in Hamas footage from the day of October 7, 2023, attacking, bound and with injuries visible on his face. The 24 -year -old Ohna speaks in Hebrew in the latest video, appealing to the Israeli government to end the war and release all the remaining prisoners. His message in the previous video resembles closely from those created by other hostages, which Israeli officials believe that possibly recorded under pressure. Both men were kidnapped during an attack on the October 7 concert, where Hamas militants killed a storm in the Israeli region, killing 1,218 people, mostly citizens. According to Israeli officials, at least 58 hostages are still being held in Gaza, including 34, who are believed to be dead. Hamas has also allegedly placed the remains of an Israeli soldier killed in the 2014 struggle.Meanwhile, Israel killed at least 23 Palestinians in Gaza overnight and on Saturday, including three children and their parents, who died in Gaza city.
