Harvard cannot nominate international students, existing foreign students should take transfer

The Donald Trump administration on Thursday stopped Harvard University from taking international students, calling it a privilege of taking foreign students and appointing non-beliefs in the campus.A hard-hit letter was sent to the university by the Department of Homeland Secretary Christie NoM, who said that the action should not be surprised to the university officials as it was indispensable, as the university failed to follow the demands of the administration.“The results should follow Harvard and to send a clear signal to all universities who want to enjoy the privilege of admission to foreign students, that the Trump administration will implement the law and root out the evils of American opponents and antisemitism in society and premises,” the letter said.Nom said that if Harvard wants to continue enrollment for foreign students, the university will have to follow the Trump administration within 72 hours.
Harvard stopped from students and exchange visitor programs: what does this mean?
This means that there may be no foreign student in F or J non-migrant situation for 2025-2026 academic year in Harvard. “This dictation also means that existing aliens should transfer to another university to maintain their non-migrant status on F-or J-Nonamigent status.”
72-to follow the ultimatum of an hour: What did the Trump administration want from the university?
- The administration demanded a record of any audio or video footage about any illegal/violent activity in the campus or closed by non-immunate students. Will also record an informal record.
- Record any danger to other students or university personnel by a non-resident student in the last five years.
- Any record of non -resident students being deprived of the rights of other classmates or university personnel.
- All disciplinary records of non-resident students, footage of any opposition activity.
- All these records belong to non-resident students in the last five years.
Christie Nom mentioned in his letter that if the university provides complete and full reactions, his department will cancel Harvard’s ‘privilege’ to enroll foreign students.
