After three weeks of testing, Harvey Venstein has been found guilty of committing a criminal sexual act in the first degree by Manhattan jury. The humiliated film Mogul was found guilty of attacking Maryam Haley, but was acquitted by Kaj Socola’s second allegation of sexual harassment. The jury did not reach a unanimous decision on the charge involving Jessica Mann, which alleges that she was raped by Veenstein.
