The National President of the Hindu Army, Vishnu Gupta, who filed a civil suit in the Ajmer court in November 2024, which claimed the existence of a Shiva temple under the Dargah of Khwaja Moinuddin Chisti, presented on Saturday that the answers filed by the Dargah Committee had canceled any evidence of a temple. In his Renaissance filed by the respondents on its petition, the Central Ministry of Central Minority Affairs, the Dargah Committee and ASI-Guppta reiterated their claims of a temple on the site and the right to worship there. He described the answers of the respondents as justice and instability. The court adjourned the hearing till 19 July. ASI said in its reply that it had no evidence of any such temple.
