The second passenger informed the crew that the person was derogatory. ,“Our cabin crew immediately extended the situation by transferring another passenger to a business class seat for the landing period. After the complaint of the second passenger, the pilot-in-command informed our security team about the situation on the ground, which was present on the arrival of flight in Delhi. Air India maintains a zero-optimity policy towards disruptive behavior and prioritize the safety and welfare of all passengers and crew. We will fully cooperate with the authorities concerned, and the matter is now under their purview, ”the statement states.
