The company said it was unaware of any personal relationship between Bayran and Cabot before the video.In a statement by X, astronomers announced that Kofounder Pete Daiy would step into an interim CEO and the board has also launched a formal investigation into the matter.“Cofounder and Chief Product Officer Pete Daiyoy is currently acting as an interim, which has been placed on leave to Andy Bayran. We will share more details in the coming days,” he posted on X.The company further emphasized that none of their other employees were involved, and clarified that Bayaran had not issued any public statement, saying, “Elisa was not in the Stoddard event and no other employees were in the video. Andy Biren has not made any statement, otherwise saying that all are wrong.”
