‘I don’t want to say that I have done this, but I helped’: Donald Trump has changed the tune to the India-Pakistan ceasefire. Bharat News

After repeated claims that he had an important role in brokening the ceasefire between India and Pakistan recently. PahgamUS President Donald Tusrap On Thursday, it seems that its contribution in the whole matter has reduced.Addressing a crowd of American military personnel in Qatar, Trump said on Thursday, “I don’t want to say that I did not, but I am sure Narak helped to solve the problem between Pakistan and India last week, which was becoming more hostile and suddenly all would start looking at a different type of missiles. The US President also claimed that he spoke about the trade of both India and Pakistan as a way to prevent a war -like situation between the two states. “And we talked to them about business. Let’s trade instead of war. And Pakistan was very happy with this, and India was very happy with it and I think they are on the way. They have been fighting for about a thousand years, all in fairness. I said that I can solve it. I can solve it. Let’s meet everyone together.” Trump said.
What did Trump say
The recent statement is claiming Trump, crying far away from it. Soon after the ceasefire between India and Pakistan on Sunday, Trump claimed that he mediated between the two countries. Posting on Truth Social, Trump said, “After a long night of the intermediary conversation by the United States, I am happy to announce that India and Pakistan have agreed to a complete and immediate ceasefire. Congratulations to the two countries for using general knowledge and great intelligence. Thank you for your attention!”Trump specially thanked American Senator Marco Rubio and Vice President JD Vance for his role in talks. “Marco, stand up. How brilliantly you did on that,” he said. “Maybe we can meet them a bit together, Marco, where they go out and have a good dinner together,” they suggested. He had said that the United States mediated the Trus, threatened to stop trade to pressurize the two countries, and suggested that the increased trade encouragement helped to end hostility. Trump also portrayed the ceasefire as a major diplomatic success, stating that he had stopped a possible nuclear war and even imagined the leaders of India and Pakistan to eat peacefully. The US President made similar claims in the next few days. On Wednesday, Trump again stated that he had made a deal “broker” between India and Pakistan. He said, “A few days ago, my administration successfully broke a historic ceasefire to prevent increasing violence between India and Pakistan, and I used business to a large extent to do it.” He said, “I said, Felus, let’s do a deal. Let’s do some business. Let’s do not trade nuclear missiles. Let’s trade things that you do so beautifully,” he said. However, these claims were strongly rejected by India. The Ministry of External Affairs issued a detailed six-point rejection in the ceasefire agreement, denying any US mediation or trade bouncing. He clarified that the ceasefire was obtained directly through military-to-world channels among the directors of military operations of India and Pakistan, without any business discussion or American threats. India also rejected the suggestion of Trump of third-party mediation on Kashmir, confirming that Kashmir is a bilateral issue only to resolve between India and Pakistan. Amidst this pushback, President Trump moderated his earlier statements.
India’s stance
A day after Trump’s early claim, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in a address to the nation, would not be included in a conversation with Pakistan, but did not mention arbitration or mediation by the US in general. The Prime Minister said, “India will only join Pakistan with two issues, terrorism and the return of Pakistan -occupied Kashmir (POK), which fulfills any possibility of general diplomatic dialogue.”The Foreign Minister on Thursday clearly denied the mediation by Jaishankar’s minister. He said, “Our relations and behavior with Pakistan will be strictly bilateral. It has been a national consensus over the years, and there is no change at all. The Prime Minister clarified that the conversation with Pakistan would be only on terror,” he said. The Ministry of External Affairs also said in a statement on Tuesday, “That policy has not changed,” and denied that we talk about business in a conversation with the US. “Time Operation Sindore began on May 7 until the understanding of military action on May 10, conversation on the military situation between Indian and American leaders took place. The issue of trade did not come to any discussion,” said this.
