‘I really struggle with things on my left’: Former test opener retired from cricket at 27 am

Will Pukowski announced his retirement from cricket at the age of 27, admitting that he is still suffering from repeated “scary” symptoms.
The 27 -year -old last played the role of Sheffield Shield in March 2024, when he was killed on the helmet of Tasmania fast bowler relay Meeridith.
Former batting Kautuk played his only examination against India at the Sydney Cricket Ground in January 2021, scoring 62 in the first innings.
“I am not going to play cricket again,” Pukowski said on Sen Cricket.
It has been a really difficult year, as much as possible as possible.
“There is a simple message, I will not play again at any level.
“Post in a few months [last concussion] I struggled to do anything, walking around the house was a struggle.
“My fiancés were angry because I did not contribute to working. I was sleeping a lot.
“From there it has been a difficult year, a lot of symptoms have not gone away, which inspired me to decide.
“The first few months were frightening, but things did not leave me.”
Pukowski also revealed some serious side effects, including fatigue, headache and motion disease.
“There are mental health symptoms that are a part of it. Then there is fatigue, which is quite bad, I receive regular headache,” Pukovski explained.
“I really struggle with things on my left. If things are happening on my left, I feel ill and dizzy. I struggle with motion sickness.
“Yes (it’s scary), at the age of 27, I have ahead of me and I have a lot of things that I want to achieve in my life. I wanted to play another 15 years and it is taken away which is quite bad. At least I know that I will not go to the head again, but when the symptoms are going on, it is horrific.
“I know what I was before these conclusions and I know what I am now. My family and friends have seen a difference in me and it is scary for me and them.”
