IAF Apache helicopter makes India news near Pathankot in Punjab

Pathkot: An Indian Air Force (IAF) Apache attack helicopter made a precautionary landing near Pathankot in Punjab, officials said on Friday. The Chopper has now returned to the base after conducting technical investigation by the authorities. IAF officials said. It comes after a week when an IAF Apache helicopter made a precautionary landing during a regular training sorting near Saharanpur. In April, Chetak helicopter made a precautionary landing near Jamnagar during a regular training mission, IAF officials said in an official statement.After thorough investigation, the aircraft was considered fit to fly and safely returned to its base.In a post on X, the IAF said, “After the necessary investigation and after finding it worth serving, the helicopter was flown back on the basis.”
