‘Illegal Steps’: Harvard University searched for Donald Trump’s Foreign Student Ban, immediately searched for court

Harvard University on Thursday adopted a legal route to challenge the ban on foreign students of US President Donald Trump. The Ivian League University amended its trial and said it would ask the court to stop the enforcement of announcement immediately. Harvard President Alan M. Garber said in a letter to the campus community, “Its cooperation with our organization and other educational institutions around the world shows that the administration is another illegal step to retaliate against Harvard.”“As you know, we recently received a temporary prevention order involving the illegal dispute of the administration of Harvard’s Student Exchange Visa Program (SEVP) certification. The announcement of the previous night crosses the order of that court. Today, we have amended our trial and will ask the court to stop the enforcement of announcement immediately. We hope the court will work fast, “he said. The chairman of Harvard also said that he is working on plans to ensure that international students and scholars can continue to do their work in Harvard through this summer and through the coming academic year. School leadership will provide updates on this scheme.Additionally, Harvard International Office will be directly in touch with students and scholars, which may be affected by proclamation, also issued last night, banning some countries from the United States citizens.Recent developments have intensified the quarrel between Trump and the university. On Wednesday, Trump issued a directive to prevent American entry for international students of Harvard, possibly impressed thousands of people to come to the Cambridge, Massachusetts campus for summer and fall. The subsequent legal challenge of Harvard questioned Trump’s use of federal law, allowing him to ban the “class of aliens” harmful to national interests. The university argued that targeting only Harvard-bound students fails to constitute the “class of aliens”.The university wrote, “The work of the President is thus not used to protect the interests of the United States, but to pursue a government vengeance against Harvard,” the university wrote. The increasing investigation by the administration of nationwide student visa has created widespread uncertainty. Before this spring, thousands of students temporarily lost permission for their American residence before the decision was reversed. State Secretary Marco Rubio recently announced a plan to “cancel” visa for Chinese students.
