The 18-member squad of the BCCI announced in May has added a delay with the inclusion of an additional speed bowler.Fast bowler Harshit Rana has been added to the Test Squad following his performance for India-A in the informal test series against England Lions. During the first match, Rana scored 1/99 runs in 27 overs.After this announcement, pacer Mukesh Kumar shared a secret message on Instagram.He wrote, “Karma sets on its own time. You always have to look out. Karma is unable and always gets peback,” he wrote.Mukesh Kumar also represented Bharat A and gave a strong performance in the first informal test in Cantorbury. He claimed 3/92 in 25 overs, dismissed prominent players including Max Holdon and England Lions captain James Reve.Mukesh made his Test debut against the West Indies in 2023 and collected seven wickets in three matches. He first served as a travel reserve for India during the Border-Gavaskar Trophy series, but was released to the Central route.
