The BCCI has received all the necessary details from Jagadisin like its shirt number. “He is currently waiting for his visa. All other formalities have been approved.“Jagadisin was very happy after his selection in the team. However, he is currently going through his normal routine. Jagadisin came for his regular practice session after receiving the news update and went through practice.”Meanwhile, Rishabh Pant went out to bat on day 2, but the BCCI had already made it clear that he would not do gloves. The BCCI said in a statement, “Rishabh Pant, who suffered an injury to his right leg on the day 1 of the Manchester Test, would not follow the wicket-keeping duties for the remaining part of the match. Dhruv Jurlel will take the role of wicket-keeper.”“Despite his injury, Rishabh Pant has joined the team on day 2 and will be available to bat as per the needs of the team.”
