England successfully achieved the target with five wickets remaining.Krishna and Shardul Thakur took two wickets to each, while Ravindra Jadeja made a claim. Both Bumrah and Siraj became wicket -free despite bowling 19 and 14 overs respectively. Siraj’s total wicket for the match was two out of 41 overs.“People say that Mohammad Sirj tried hard, bowled with his heart. Sir, don’t bowl with your heart, bowl with your mind and with line and length where we can get wickets,” Kaif said on his YouTube channel.
“Why Bumrah did not take wickets in the second innings? This is because the batsmen played defensively. They attacked Krishna, Shardul and Sirj. The gameplan becomes very easy when you know that Bumrah will bowl 4-5 overs, play it well,” said Kaif.“In the same bowling lineup, you give him (Gill) Mohammed Shami, Ishant Sharma, and Bumrah. I guarantee you that Gill will win this test series. They are bowlers who know how to take 20 wickets,” Kaif concluded.
