Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost on Thursday nominated Mathura Sreedharan as the 12th Solicitor General of the state.In a post on X, Yost’s office announced, “AG Yost today nominated Mathura Sreedharan as his pick for Ohio’s 12th Solicitor General, who is the state’s top lawyer for appeal in state and federal courts.,The appointment follows the US Senate confirmation of the US Senate’s former Ohio Solicitor General T Elliott Gesar on Wednesday to lead the office of a legal lawyer of the US Department of Justice.Before joining the office of Ohio Solicitor, Sreedharan, Judge of the US Court of Appeal, Steven J.
