New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday convened with members of all party delegations, who recently completed their diplomatic missions in various countries, which discussed India’s firm position against the post -terrorism sindoor.7, representatives gathered on the Lok Kalyan Marg shared their experiences with the Prime Minister. The central government had earlier appreciated the work of seven delegations, including more than 50 people, who mainly served MPs.Diplomatic teams, which included former MPs and East-Diplomat, visited 33 international capitals and European Union Headquarters.S Jaishankar, Foreign Minister, had earlier met with the delegation and appreciated his role in communicating India’s firm trend against terrorism arising from Pakistan.The leadership of the delegation was distributed among the ruling coalition and opposition parties. The four teams were led by members of the ruling coalition – two from BJP, one of the JD (U) and Shiv Sena, while opposition parties led three teams – Congress, DMK and NCP (SP).The leaders of the delegation included BJP’s Ravi Shankar Prasad and Baijyant Panda, Congress’ Shashi Tharoor, JD (U) Sanjay Jha, Shiv Sena’s Shrikant Shinde, DMK’s Kanmozy and Supriya Sule of NCP (SP).The initiative demonstrated national unity in combating terrorism, with opposition members, along with Congress MP Shashi Tharoor and Aimim MP Asaduddin Owaisi, along with the ruling coalition representatives to advocate India’s position internationally.
