In a sharp X post on Sunday, he wrote, “Remember – A Pitbul does nothing without the permission of his master. Glad that the whole country is watching, on the proxy attack JudgmentBrezenne attempted the brobite bench. India’s lowest hour to be ruled by ignorant bulls. ,
Dubey triggered a political storm alleging that the Supreme Court was “provoking religious wars” and questioned his right to enact laws. “If someone has to go to the Supreme Court for everything, then Parliament and State Legislative Assembly should be closed,” he told ANI.
In another post, he said, “If the Supreme Court makes a law, the Parliament Home should be closed.”
He further accused the court of Overch, saying, “You will determine that Parliament? … It means that you want to take this country to anarchy.”
Adding to the line, BJP leader Dinesh Sharma said that no one can challenge the President, “The President is the highest.”
Amid the increasing criticism of opposition parties including Congress, AIMIM, JMM, and DMK, BJP national president JP Nadda publicly distanced the party from comment. “The statements made by BJP MPs Nishikant Dubey and Dinesh Sharma have no connection with the Bharatiya Janata Party. These are personal statements. The BJP rejected them outright,” he posted on X.
Nadda confirmed the party’s honor for the judiciary, saying, “I have directed both of them, and all the rest to avoid making such statements.”
