Interpol Ghana issues a red notice for former finance minister

Interpol has issued a “red notice” for the former Finance Minister of Ghana, as a record of the website reviewed on Friday, as he faces allegations of using a public office for personal gain.Ken Tori-Atet is investigating on a string of high-profile contracts, including Ghana’s petroleum revenue, power supply, procurement and deals related to a controversial National Cathedral Project, which later, millions of dollars, have received slightly higher than a hole in the land digged by the construction team.The Interpol notice follows a formal request by the office of Special Prosecutor (OSP) of Ghana, which was re -declared to a wanted person for a wanted person on Monday after failing to appear for a fixed inquiry.
