Clarke said, “(The) looked quite difficult to bat. There was a slight movement with the new ball and certainly some spin. I think Chennai Super Kings felt their plan wrong,” said Clarke, who is a geostar expert, said.
“The way they went about it, it is clear that they are down on confidence and their intentions … well, no intention.”
Clarke said that CSK’s “orthodox” approach has put him in this position, as he finds himself at number 9 on the table with just two points from a solitary win in six matches.
