The 37 -year -old spent most of the evening working on his fitness, like Friday, when he got massage before the session, he was disrupted by a dust storm. Sharma spent most of the sessions taking care of his knee and interacted with Skipper Hardik Pandya and teammates Suryakumar Yadav, Jasprit Bumrah and medical staff.

Rohit has already remembered a game for MI for this IPL season, against Lucknow Super Veterans on 4 April. Pandya then revealed that Rohit was killed on the knee before the game and the issue stopped him from taking the ground. Coach Mahela Jayawardene provided more information.
“RO received only a hit in the IT (Illotibial) band on his knee, he tried to bat yesterday and could not put any weight on it,” Jayawardane said in the press conference.
“Again, he did a fitness test today (Friday) to try today (Friday), and it was inconvenience to lose weight on him, so he felt that it was not 100% for him to play the game. That is why we thought that we would try to give him a few more days and get it through it. Unfortunately what happened in the net.”
Despite playing on 7 April, the Royal Challengers against Bangalore, where he scored 17 runs, is safe to say that Rohit is not completely healed.
India’s Test and ODI captain has not made a great start in the season. He has scored only 38 runs out of four innings at an average of 9.50.
Mumbai Indians have also struggled to get off the block with one of the five matches. He is currently at the eighth position in the 10-Tim competition and will expect to climb the table-toppers DC at Arun Jaitley Stadium on Sunday evening.
