Israel canceled the visa of 27 French MPs, as is the Macron signal support for the Palestinian state

Two days before his planned visit in Israel and Palestinian areas, 27 French MPs and local authorities were informed on Sunday that their entry visa was canceled.
The news agency AFP reported that the group, which included French leftist ecologists and members of the communist parties, said the journey was to promote international cooperation and peace.
The French consulate in Jerusalem invited MPs for a five -day official program. However, Israel’s internal ministry canceled its visa under a law that allows authorities to consider the danger for national interests.
Those banning them included the National Assembly depot Francois Rafin, Alexis Corber, Julie Ozen, Communist Deputy Soumya Boraha and Senator Marien Margate. Other participants included Mayor and local elected officers. In a joint statement, he described the move as a “collective punishment” and “major rupture in diplomatic relations”.
He urged the French President Macron to respond and ensure that Israel reversed its decision. MPs also said that their political parties have long supported the Palestinian kingdom, which Macron recently appeared to support. He said that France could recognize the state of Palestinian in early June during an international summit.
This is not an isolated incident. Earlier this month, Israel deported two British MPs at Tel Aviv Airport. In February, two leftist European Parliament Members of European Parliament were also stopped. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has strongly opposed international steps to recognize the state of Palestinian, calling him a reward for terrorism.
