Tim David’s blunt statement after the collapse of RCB: ‘If I get a chance to bat …’

New Delhi: Despite ending to lose, Royal Challengers Bangalore Batter Tim David was named Player of the Match for his counter-Himle Punjab kings On Saturday.
To customize the difficult sports situation and RCB’s struggle, David said that he was open to contribute more if he was given a chance to bat in the order. He also talked about the need to take the pressure of performance and calculation risk in such situations.
“It didn’t seem so easy. I don’t know what to say. I think the boys have definitely conveyed it by the batting boys. Practice pitches have played in this way. Our coaching staff and management have formed a team for a reason. If I get a chance to bat, I will watch to contribute to my team.
After David’s 50 to 25 balls, RCB helped RCB recover to a total of 95 after a dramatic collapse, which lost seven wickets for just 42 runs in the rain-free 14 overs competition.

RCB’s defeat marked its third straightforward loss at home, expanding its winning run in Bangalore. Both teams have been designed to face each other again in Mulanpur on Sunday (April 20).
