‘Kilmar Abrego Garcia will face testing in America’: The White House says that Salvadoran man will not be sent to the ‘third country’; Media rejects reports

The Donald Trump administration has claimed that it was not planned to re -explain the Salvadoran National Kilmar Abrego Garcia, saying that he was brought back from its native country Al Salvador to the United States, which was for testing in serious federal allegations against him.Obigel Jackson, secretary of the White House Deputy Press, wrote on X, “This is fake news. Abrego Garcia was returned to the United States to face the trial for arrogant allegations against him. He would face full force of the American Justice System – including time serving for those crimes in the US jail.”

Jackson’s post several US media outlets reported that during a hearing in the case, a federal prosecutor informed District Judge Paula Shinis in Greenbelt, Maryland that the federal government planned to exert Abribero Garcia in “third country” which is not Al Salvador.In March, the Trump administration deported the 29 -year -old construction worker “by mistake” to Al Salvador, in a case that made headlines globally. The latter has been in Tennessee Jail as he returned to the US to face allegations of human trafficking from a 2022 traffic stop to return to the US on 7 June, an incident during which nine passengers were found without goods in the vehicle, which he was driving.He has requested to be “not guilty” for the allegations that his lawyers have depicted as an attempt to justify their wrong exile.On 22 June, Tennessi’s Magistrate Judge Barbara Holmes ruled that the Salvadoran person had the right to be released while waiting for the trial. However, Holmes decided to detain him for at least a few more days, which would rapidly try to re -existing the concerns of immigration officials.
