England captain Nut Skyvar-Bunt has retrieved the number 1 place in the ICC Women’s ODI batting rankings, beating India’s Smriti Mandan after a strong performance in the recently concluded three-match ODI series. Although India secured the series 2–1, it was continuously showing the screw-bunt with the bat that earned it to climb back to the top. The 32-year-old scored 160 runs during the series, including a fluent 98 in the final ODI in Chester-Le-Steret, and now tops the chart with 731 rating points.
