Make the Vatican great again? Trump shared AI image after joking about becoming a pope
Just a few days after joking that he would like to become the next Pope, US President Donald Trump doubled himself by posting an AI-Janit image of himself.
Talking to reporters on Wednesday, Trump quipped, “I would like to become a pope. This would be my number one option,” before leaving the name Cardinal timothy dole In New York as another contender, “We will see what happens.”
Then on Saturday, he pushed the joke further, showing the AI image on the truth social, showing himself in a white vestments, a mater and ornate cross.
The post quickly went viral, no small amount of laughter, resentment and online confusion.

Trump attended the funeral of Pope Francis last week, marking his first foreign trip since returning to power. About 20% of American Catholic, and in November, the most voted for Trump. Pope Francis was an outspoken critic, once stating that Trump’s border wall plan showed that he was “not a Christian,” favoring partition on unity.

- Cardinal Pitro Paroline (Italy): Serving the Vatican Secretary as Secretary of State, Paroline is an experienced diplomat with widespread experience in international relations. He played an important role in Vatican agreements with China and in efforts to mediate global conflicts.
- Cardinal Louis Antonio Tagel (Philippines): The current supporter of Dikaster for Manila’s Archbishop and Gyl, Tagel, is known for her rustic sensitivity and communication skills. His choice will mark the first Asian Pope, reflecting the development of the church in Asia.
- Cardinal Fridolin Ambongo Baseengu (Congo): As the President of Kinshasa’s Archbishop and Africa and Madagascar’s Episcopal Conferences, Ambongo is an outspoken lawyer for social justice and environmental issues, represents a lively African church.
- Cardinal Matteo Zuppies (Italy): Zuppi, president of Bologna’s Archbishop and Italian Episopal Conference, is recognized for his work in his work in peace talks and commitment to the communities of the Pope Francis.
