Chitra showed Vance Bald in widely used style in internet memes and was prominently displayed on the vehicle.According to a report by the news agency’s Reuters, the stunt was organized by the British political campaign group ‘Everybody Hates Elon’ and had it, where Vance was reportedly holidaying with his family.The meme has been roaming online for months, attracting additional attention after Vance’s comment during the White House meeting with Ukrainian President Volodimier Zelancesi.
